1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using the To Explore App ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement ("Terms"). In addition, when using the App's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.

2. User Conduct
The App is designed to enable children and high school students to learn, grow, and share their passions freely with like-minded peers​. As such, there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful, considerate, and appropriate at all times.

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

Posts or comments that are discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, or hateful
Content that promotes violence, illegal activities, or harm to individuals or groups
Content that invades another's privacy or includes another's confidential information
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be blocked and removed from the App. The developer will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the offending user.

3. Mechanism for Blocking Abusive Users
Users have the right to block other users who they feel are behaving inappropriately or abusively. To do this, users can use the "Block User" function within the user interface. This will prevent the blocked user from contacting or interacting with the user who has blocked them.

 

4. Reporting Objectionable Content
Users who encounter objectionable content should report it immediately using the "Report" function on the App. The developer undertakes to act on these reports within 24 hours, including removing the objectionable content and ejecting the user who posted it.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the App or its content providers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the App is the exclusive property of the App, with copyright authorship for this collection by the App, and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Donations
Any money donated to the App will be used to lower the price or provide free resources to those who need them​1​. Donors may track where their money goes after donating. The App does not guarantee the use of the donated funds for any specific purpose beyond what is stated herein.

7. Amendments to Terms
The App reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the App following any amendment of these Terms will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.

By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install or use the App.
